TN Strategic Research Board
The Tennessee Strategic Research Board (TSRB) is an operating committee of TTDC whose mission is to develop, implement and manage a sponsored research and development initiative that focuses on projects of state, national and international importance. TSRB is the only organization in Tennessee that works with the private and public sectors in this area.
TSRB’s efforts include facilitating R&D collaboration between private business, government agencies and universities; increasing the flow of innovations from the lab to the commercial market; and advising or directing state investments that support and grow the technology research base in Tennessee. In conjunction with TTDC management, TSRB manages the following programs: TTDC Sponsored Research Matching Funds, Tennessee R&D Leaders, R&D 2020, EPSCoR Tennessee and SBIR/STTR Tennessee.
