TN Capital Formation Board
The Tennessee Capital Formation Board (TCFB) is an operating committee of TTDC whose mission is to establish investment capital policies and improve the supply and accessibility of risk capital for the state’s entrepreneurs. What sets TCFB apart from other organizations in Tennessee are its board members are volunteers, many of whom represent the state’s most influential firms in the venture capital and investment communities. In conjunction with TTDC management, TCFB manages all risk capital initiatives for the organization, including VC 2020, the Technology Maturation Fund and TTDC’s annual Tennessee Innovation Conference.
